EVO 2007 Mendocino Chardonnay

In Mendocino, California, you’ll find a white wine lover’s paradise – especially if you favor fragrance, fruit and crispness. In Mendocino, the days are hot and the evenings cool; these temperature shifts allow grapes to ripen and still maintain acidity, resulting in wines with mouth-filling fruit and palate-cleansing crispness.

Perfect Pairing: Grilled halibut, chicken cordon bleu or a light salad with apples and walnuts.





EVO 2006 Mendocino County Cabernet Sauvignon

The Mendocino County 2006 harvest was an excellent overall vintage year. After the cool, wet spring, the vintage came to bear fruit slowly and surely. This longer than normal ripening period, allowed the vines to produce mature, intense fruit without high sugars. This perfect wine’s grapes were grown in a single vineyard in northern Mendocino. The grapes were picked fully mature for your drinking pleasure now – and to stock your cellar for several years to come.

Perfect Pairing: Rich foods such as grilled steak, rich cheeses. For casual dining, choose grilled burgers, eggplant parmesan or cheese pizza.
